It may feel a bit too adventurous if you're not used to it. (Need 4WD during inclement weather) • Remote & Peaceful: The cabin is tucked away in a quiet, natural setting—perfect for unplugging. While it feels secluded, you're still just 13 miles from downtown Sevierville, 17 miles from Dollywood, and 28 miles from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. • No Dishwasher: There’s no dishwasher, so guests hand-wash dishes—many find it fits the slower pace of a cabin getaway. • Wi-Fi: Satellite internet (20–30 Mbps) is generally reliable but may be spotty during storms. • Construction: Light construction may be visible nearby as the community continues to grow, but it's usually not disruptive. ★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★ ☀ No smoking ☀ Pets are allowed ☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings. ☀ Must meet minimum age requirement to book (see booking details). ☀ Please report any damages that occur during your stay. ☀ Late Check-Out Fees: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee may still apply. ☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies.
